Nautilus welcomes new crew member David Simpson

The Nautilus Family is getting bigger!

Beneath his quiet, friendly and humble manner Dave is in fact an accomplished sailor, having raced from a young age with his sister in their 8′ Manly Junior “Total Chaos”, before progressing onto 12′ and 16′ Skiffs. Through sailing, he met his wife Bronwyn, and together they have crewed on a number of yachts including deliveries to Hamilton Island and back. Dave has also been employed as long term crew and caretaker of a luxury yachts. He and his wife’s big plan is to one day sail their own yacht around Australia and beyond. Dave is in the process of finalizing his RYA Yachtmaster Certificate. His involvement with Nautilus will be at multiple levels, from assisting in yacht management, deliveries and an introduction to brokerage, as well as working on the media and social media front, where his competence is remarkable and much welcome!
