Lagoon 410 2003 - $290,000 Neg.

The Lagoon 410 is a roomy and stylish blue water capable cruiser that has sold with outstanding success to charter operators as well as private owners. Easy to handle, seaworthy, fast and designed with luxury and comfort in mind she offers everything a much bigger boat would boast without the difficulties of dealing with size.
Typically Lagoons are built to a very high and consistent standard. Along with their spacious hulls, easy handling they also represent great value for money. To develop this appeal, the 410 comes with a much larger bridgedeck saloon than her predecessor. The saloon has vertical windows that allow for all-over standing headroom and reduce the greenhouse effect caused when sun shines through sloping glass. The beam of the newer design is increased by 6 in (0.15 m) for better stability and more deck space. Another measure taken to make her motion very gentle in a seaway was to increase the fullness of the extremities of the hulls (prismatic coefficient) which has reduced pitching. Though the sail area remains the same, the handling has also been somewhat simplified with a smaller mainsail and larger genoa.
Lagoons are built in a carefully controlled process that includes vacuum resin infusion, ensuring optimum laminate consistency. Vinylester resins are generally used for high strength and osmosis resistance. Lagoons carry a ten-year osmosis guarantee which is admired in the industry.

'Anapa' presents in immaculate condition.
Her hull was stripped back to the gel coat and all the old layers of antifoul removed before being repainted. Absolutely no osmosis was found in this process. Her antifoul is due again now after sailig accross the Pacific and will be done in March 2015 prior to the sale.
Fully quipped and ready to go anywhere in the world, she comes with a huge list of appurtenances including scuba diving equipment, spear-gun, fishing gear and man, many spares, including parts for the engine and tools for repairs.

Chosen because of her 4 cabins versions she has 4 large state rooms fore and aft in both hulls, each with large en-suite heads compartments with wash basin and shower towards the center. A very large bridgedeck saloon with dining area, navigation station and galley, has outstanding all round visibility through the curved array of vertical cabin windows. Designed to be sailed short handed all her lines are run back to the cockpit and she is equipped with a power winch that can be used to haul the main and trim the sails.
As the owner wanted to be able to cruise around the world without having to spend time in marina berths he equipped her with solar panels providing 60amps, which is plenty if power to never have to worry about turning on the engine to support any electric needs such as navigation equipment, chanrging electronics, computers, or running the fridge and freezer.
Anapa is fully imported in Australia and ready for her lucky new owners to take her cruising anywhere in the world.
