Island Gypsy Flybridge 36 - $98,000 Neg. (Make am offer! Owner must sell)

'Sailissa' may have been built in 1979 but her quality of workmanship and the knowledge and care of her owners have contributed to keeping her presenting 'as new', but with added thoughts and improvements during the past 3 decades. More recently, both her fuel tanks were replaced, full new re-paint inside the cabin, and all the batteries ere replaced with new.
Throughout the last three months the following were attended to:
-Repair and paint whole cabin sides
-Service motor with change of oil and filters
-New anodes
-Antifoul
-New fresh water pump
-Re varnish of the whole interior, floor, and rails (a little more varnish is needed on the timber trimmings on flybridge
-New stereo and speakers inside and out
-New anchor chain (60m)
-New 100w solar panel and regulator
-Realign prop shaft
-New propeller
-New battery monitor at helm station
-New forward vents and Island Gypsy decals
-New canvas panels to stop things from falling off the flybridge in high winds

The boat has both 12V and 240V systems with proper electric switches and sockets throughout for all your appliances.

Two generous cabins, a full size bathroom with hot shower, an extra large open plan saloon and galley presenting as new, with 360 views all around you have a luxury lounge room to relax in wherever you are, as well as a huge covered cockpit for entertaining or relaxing in all weather.

Upstairs the fly-bridge is also extra large, with two full length upholstered benches and a large and perfectly positioned steering station. The is plenty of room there to add a deck chair or a table and chairs. A folding Bimini adds some shade. True to her Trawler lines, this little ship has walk around decks with high gunwales for safety and a side door at the helm. The foredeck adds to the sense of space and comfort, with its beautiful teak floor and lovely varnished grab rails. The bowsprit is large enough to comfortably walk on to inspect your anchorage, with under-foot anchor winch controls also doubled at the other two helms.

The cockpit opens onto a large Marlin board, perfect for drying yourself after a swim or bringing in the fish. Throughout the boat many improvements testify to the engineering skills of the owners, with an extra tidy and huge engine room, well organized tools and equipment, labels switchboards and gate-valves and new improvements throughout.

Safety is primordial for the owners and 4 X bilge pumps are installed, along with bilge alarm and blowers.
A new water pump was installed recently.

The engine has been meticulously looked after, with a new turbo added two years ago, brand new stainless steel fuel tank, and services done religiously ever 6 months.
