NAUTILUS YACHT MANAGEMENT is immensely proud to present this immaculate, highly sought after and rarely available on the market ETAP 48DS. 'ULANI' was carefully chosen by her discerning owners after much research, was ordered from ETAP in 2008, and launched in 2009. Planning an extended cruise through the Mediterranean, Atlantic and Pacific, they requested every possible ETAP optional upgrades and a very long list of additional equipment. During their years as custodians of this beautiful yacht, her proud owners lavished such great love and care of Ulani that she could pass for a brand new boat.
It is an understatement to say that this yacht is more than ready and capable of cruising today. Ulani is the highest specified yacht that ETAP Yachting has ever built in this model range and is ready now with absolutely nothing more required to start a new sailing adventure. Simply pack your bags and come and join Ulani who is now berthed in the duty free port of Langkawi, Malaysia, where she will be handed over to her second owner.
With a 4 KW genset, 60L/hour watermaker, 650w solar panels, wind generator, and brand new battery bank (720ah), this yacht is self sufficient for extended periods of time and will allow you to explore some of the most idyllic and remote corners of the world in ultimate comfort. Some of the cruising electronics are in duplicates and triplicates, and the list of safety equipment is one of the most comprehensive we have ever seen.
When it comes to enjoying your anchorage, all the water toys are already here for you, including a full set of scuba diving equipment, brand new dinghy and outboard, fishing and trawling equipment, etc. The Cockpit is large and welcoming, with a full shade cover keeping you cool on hot days and a wide and easily accessed swim platform with safety gate and swim ladder.
The interior is luxurious, with once again, ETAP Yachting demonstrating their innovative and intelligent designs throughout. There are more exquisite details than can be listed here. The saloon is elevated to window-level, and provides a truly panoramic view over the water (unlike many DS yachts that simply have larger windows but a saloon that is below view level). Movements are easy and safe in all weather conditions, with plenty of hand-holds and rounded corners, and two generously sized cabins with semi-island berths that can actually be used at sea. A third cabin with double-berth is currently being used as a storage room.
For more information, or to arrange for an inspection, please contact Nautilus Yacht Management. It would be a pleasure to answer your questions and chat with you more about this extraordinary vessel.
ETAP 46 DS / ETAP 48 DS
When ULANI was ordered, she was officially an ETAP 46DS, but after the yacht was purchased, ETAP Yachting rebranded the model as an ETAP 48DS. The 46DS and 48DS are identical yachts.
