Her walk-around decks are safe for the whole family, her large deck is fully covered and will provide you with a lovely, well protected area, and a large swim platform with ladder which adds again another dimension to this already generously sized yacht.

Up a lovely teak ladder is the flybridge, where all the controls are relayed from the inside helm and the visibility all around the boat optimum. This area is equipped with a Bimini and sun awning for shade, a large stainless steel BBQ, davits and storage space for your dinghy as well as a beautifully crafted and generous sitting areas for 6 people.

Whereas many cruiser's unnecessarily split the living areas and galley into several levels, 'Kingfisher's layout offers a modern, single level open-plan saloon/galley which is perfect for entertaining, cooking or relaxing. It gives an impression of amazing space, comfort and light as well as great cross-ventilation on warmer days.

The galley is U shape and appointed as a true luxury yacht galley should be, with full size fridge, ice maker, LPG stove (certified), twin SS sinks and microwave. All interior trimmings are of highly varnished teak in perfect condition.

'Kingfisher' is a two stateroom version. The master cabin has a walk around queen size bed and ensuite with electric toilet and shower. The second double cabin boast a large double bed and ensuite head area. Furniture and soft furnishing are of the highest quality. All cooking utensils, crockery, glasses bed-linen, etc is included in the share and stays with the boat.

Should you need additional sleeping the saloon table converts to another large double bed. The second cabin can have a bunk bed added if required.

To keep things simple the 50% share is allocated as a week on-week off basis with key holiday weeks (Easter, Christmas, New Year) allocated at the beginning of the year and then on alternate year. 50% of the boat ownership means 50% use of the boat, with equal share of maintenance and mooring costs. The boat share is to remain at 50% (Only two shares available. No subdivision).

'Kingfisher' is moored in Careel Bay, immediately besides Careel Bay Marina, which offers tender service (included), fuel, water and pump out facilities as well as all marine services and qualified tradesmen who have been keeping the yacht in top condition for many years.
