MORE ABOUT THE YACHT:
This magnificent sailing catamaran is a South African-built Voyage Norseman 430 open-ocean sailing catamaran that has just undergone an extensive refit in 2016-2018. She is 43 feet long and 25 feet wide. She has new - quiet and economical - twin 3-cylinder Yanmar diesel engines and cruises at an average speed of 7-8 knots under power and can sail even faster.
She has four private queen-sized staterooms and three private heads (bathrooms) with an overnight guest capacity of six, with room for up to 14 guests on a day excursion. Each stateroom has a queen-sized berth with high-quality linens, excellent ventilation with 12v turbo fans and air conditioning (in the fwd two cabins and salon), reading lights, USB and 12v car plugs. The private heads are adjacent to each stateroom and feature reliable Lavac heads, sink, mirror and hot water showers.
Her fully-equipped galley enables the Chef to prepare delicious meals. Her 120 liter-per-hour watermaker ensures ample fresh water aboard. Her storage capacity allows us to haul all the fun water toys including: unsinkable rigid tender with 20HP outboard and boarding ladder, snorkeling gear, kayaks, paddleboard, windsurfing gear, fishing gear, and other toys. Her back deck and large swim platforms allow for easy boarding and make for a great place to fight in that big catch; the swim platform also has a boarding ladder and hot and cold fresh water shower.
She is fully-equipped and well-tested for extended cruises to remote locations, carrying her passengers in safety and comfort. Please contact us for more details on the yacht.
BROKER'S COMMENT:
Our team has known this operation for several years and followed their stellar rise since its inception. The owners, a couple who purchased the boat with a view of taking off on a cruise around the world, spent a considerable amount of time and funds renovating and refining the yacht and equipping it for luxurious and independent travels. After spending some time living and working in the Fiji Islands, they noticed the huge demand for skippered charters and decided to change tack, shelving their travel plans and instead committing their skills, vision and energy into developing what is now one of the most successful charter operation in Fiji.
Fiji, a safe and absolutely beautiful country, with a welcoming and warm culture has long been a favourite for cruisers and visitors from all around the world. There are 330 islands to explore, from the resort islands of the Mamanucas and the Yasawas to the unknown and largely traditional Lau group, the many world famous dive spots and surf break, uninhabited islands and pristine lagoons, breathtaking landscapes and an enviable weather all year around.
The owners of this operation have now decided to sell the business as they are ready for a new challenge. They are offering you a turn-key business operation that will bring you joy and pride and which also represents a solid investment. To ensure a smooth transition they have also offered to remain available for training and to ease you into your new life as a charter business owner / operator, or to train your skipper and crew if you wish to own but not operate the business yourself.
If you are looking at a sea change or a high-return investment this rare opportunity is hard to miss.
Please contact Anna at Nautilus Yacht Management for more information. It would be a pleasure to tell you more about this inspiring venture!
