2011 Beneteau Oceanis 461 - $296,000 Neg. (drive away no more to pay)

Immaculately presented Beneteau Oceanis 461.

One owner only. Never chartered. Fitted and equipped for her two year voyage from France to Australia, including every possible safety equipment, such as MOB Etags, forward looking sonar, AIS (send and receive), Radar, Liferaft, etc.

Looking at 'Perla Alba' it is hard to believe that she has sailed more than half way around the world. She shown no blemishes, and is as fresh and shiny as the day she came out of the yard. Her teak cockpit is beautifully oiled and in immaculate condition. Her cockpit table, wheels and winches have all remained covered when not in use and also look brand new, testimony to the quality of equipment but also to the care of the owner.

With the immense and well protected cockpit typical to the Oceanis 461, 'Perla Alba' fits right in with the modern trend, but without the exaggerated flatness of the aft part of the hull, which often compromises the headroom in aft cabins. Both queen size cabins on 'Perla Alba' have a very generous headroom as well as ample storage. The warm timber interior is in immaculate condition and the mattresses barely slept in.
Each aft cabin has its own ensuite, with one of them being accessed from the main cabin to serve as a guest head. Forward are to  additional cabins in a tasteful and rarely found layout, with the V berth slightly offset to one side to allow for a good size guest/crew cabin to stb. with two single bunks.

In spite of her number of cabins, the saloon presents as incredibly roomy, with white leather upholstery in immaculate condition, floor and timber without traffic or scratch marks, a beautiful table big enough for even the largest families. There is plenty of sunlight flooding in through the many windows, skylights and portholes, which can also be shielded when privacy or a bit of shade is needed.

The galley, running the whole length of the saloon, also presents as new, with fridges and freezers as new, sink, microwave and stove/grill/oven also as new. There is enough storage for even the most gourmet cooks to be satisfied that they can have everything on board for a long voyage.

On deck the yacht presents as a true ocean voyager, without the usual clutter and tatty set-up, but everything is there. Her beautiful lines are unbroken by the addition of a strong but well designed frame for the solar panels and wind generator. Her aft deck includes a dedicated space for the life-raft, which can be quickly and easily accessed. The winches and lines are placed for maximum efficiency yet in a way so as do minimize discomfort to guest while sailing and entertaining at the same time. For short handed sailing a power winch has been installed to be used for either sheet handling or to raise the mainsail.

With her two furling Genoas and lazy jacks setting or dropping sails is made easy. In the cockpit the electronic multifunction screens for GPS, Radar and Sonar are sun-glare proof. Autopilot, additional hand-held VHF and all engine, depth and wind instruments provide the skipper with every necessary information at a glance.
The rest of the cockpit, sitting 8 to 10 people comfortably, is designed for relaxing and entertaining, with a dedicated table lamp that plugs into a discreet 12V socket and can be removed at will when not in use.

The yacht is fully imported and available for viewing at any time. For more information and full inventory please contact our friendly team at Nautilus Yacht Management.
